How long does it take to make?
About 10 minutes. Every field comes pre-written, so you can keep our words or write your own. Only their name, your name and the main letter are required.
When do I pay?
At the very end, after you've previewed every screen. Nothing is charged while you're creating or previewing.
How does the birthday person open it?
They tap the link on any phone, iPhone or Android. No app or login needed. If you set a PIN, they enter it first.
Can I schedule it for midnight?
You get the link right after paying, so you can send it yourself at exactly 12:00. Tip: save it in WhatsApp and send at midnight with a short note.
Will the music play automatically?
Uploaded songs and voice messages play after they unlock the surprise, or after one tap if their phone blocks autoplay. Spotify links show a player they tap to play, and Spotify may ask them to log in.
How long does the link work?
Your surprise stays online for 12 months, so they can open it again whenever they like.
Is it private?
The link is only shared by you, and you can add a 4-digit PIN. We never show your photos or messages publicly.
What if something doesn't work?
Message us on WhatsApp or email. If a technical problem stops your surprise from working and we can't fix it within 24 hours, we'll refund you.
